Miguel Andrade

Founder and HeadCoach

Miguel coached several national teams in the Youth and Olympic level over the last 10 years, producing an excellent track record with several medals at Worlds and europeans.

With a degree on Sports and coaching he later did a lot of formations on the psychology, nutrition, fitness and team management fields.

Always seeking to sharpen his skills, he is famous for his capability to identify the tiniest of details to be improved.

He was one of the founders of VianaSailing. He always delivers excellence and works daily on what he loves.

Tiago Torre

Founder and Business Director

Tiago was one of the founders of VianaSailing. Being himself a high performance athlete he is aware of the key ingredients to be a successful sportsperson.

With a degree in Business Management he is in charge of all the company logistic organization, coaching tour logistics and Sailbase management.

Passing on the image of what VianaSailing is himself, he is also present in all the major events around the world, giving that extra hand to the sailors and coaches and making sure all goes well and that nothing is missing to our team members.

Rodrigo Viana

Fitness Coach

With a degree in high performance coaching and a masters in sports and coaching Rodrigo is the best person to make you physically ready to excel in your sailing.

Rodrigo is also a CrossFit level 3 trainer with a certificate in CrossFit gymnastics, weightlifting and youth coaching.

He worked with sailors for more than 5 years now and leads them together with our coaches to all the many medals achieved in that time frame. Aware of sailing specific physical requirements he is able to push you into fitness greatness knowing exactly which buttons to press during your season.

André Meireis

Logistics

With a solid background in logistics and a commitment to ensuring seamless operations, André plays a pivotal role at VianaSailing. Armed with his expertise in managing and overseeing boat logistics, André takes charge of our day-to-day operations with meticulous precision.

From organizing and transporting equipment to driving our van, André is the backbone of our logistical efficiency. His dedication to streamlining processes ensures that every aspect of VianaSailing runs smoothly, allowing us to focus on delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
