With an exceptional sailing background Lucas worked side by side with many of the mist iconic names in Brazilian Sailing.
Raised in the sea and around sailing he had an impressive career as a sailor himself moving on to coaching driven by the will to make others great and share his passion for the sport.
Working with VianaSailing almost since its foundation Lucas was in charge of all ILCA rigs and optimist teams across the past seasons, always with great outcomes.
With a great track record in Youth Sailing he is a super dedicated coach with a great skill in all tactical and strategical components of sailing. He is also known for making sailors feel comfortable around him and producing a great sense of team and cohesion.
