• Fluency in English
• Extensive experience with the ILCA class

Responsibilities:

• ILCA (U21 and senior)
• Provide individualized coaching and training to sailors in the ILCA class
• Develop training programs and regatta plans to help sailors achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching strategy
• Provide feedback and support to sailors during training and regattas
• Attend and support sailors at local, national, and international regattas
